Today was one of those days when I wasn’t into it. But after, I was psyched. My crisscrosses were good today.
68 minutes:
Roller upper back – 4 X 1 minutes
Eye Of The Needle – 1 minute, 2 each leg
Jump rope – 5 minutes side swing. 5 minutes heel/toe. 5 minutes crisscross (3 X 1 minute, 30 seconds rest). 2 minutes fast single under’s. 2 X 1 minute 2 lb. rope – faster.
Four Limb Staff – 1 minute, 45 seconds, 30 seconds
Stir The Pot – 45, 30 seconds
Hamstring Curls – 2 x 1 minute
Wall Sits – 2 x 1 minute
Pushups – 10, 12, 14
Stability Ball Decline Pushups – 6
Curls – 3 x 10
Knee, opposite leg extended – 2 X 1 minute
