As part of being Whole Foods Plant Based, I exercise. A lot. At least 5 days a week, most weeks 6 days. Some weeks I don’t take a day off, I do 7 days.
One myth is that you can exercise your way to better health or weight loss. Not true. You eat your way to better health and weight loss. Exercise just compliments living Whole Foods Plant Based. It’s the payoff. The bonus. Because once you have the right fuel, exercising feels really good. Like, fucking great.
My daily routine is a combination of stretches, jumping rope, body exercises (yoga poses?), and weights. I dig it. I can do it at home. No gym needed. I can do it anywhere. I have done it anywhere.
