Renee and I have been plantarians since May 1 2015. We love it. Food tastes better than ever.
Dr. G’s Daily Dozen app is huge for us. We use it daily, it’s a simple and fun way to make sure I’m getting the right amount of food and getting what I need each day.
I start the day with a few shots of B-12, 1 – 5000 IU D-3, and a glass of green tea
Then it’s breakfast. I aim to eat breakfast before 8:30 each day. Here’s a video of today’s breakfast. It was delish. After breakfast I’m at 30%. Ingredients:
1 pack Nature’s Path Oatmeal
Sprinkle of cinnamon
Sprinkle of cardamon
A few raw coconut flakes
Sprinkling of cacao nibs
1/4 cup of walnuts
1 tbsp flaxseed
1/2 cup blackberries
a few strawberries
1 banana
Coconut milk
Wash it all down with a glass of water. I love it!
