Howdy,
Here’s a video of lunch. It was freaking delish. 1 cup greens (Arugula and Spinach – greens), Renee’s brown rice (grains), Renee’s black bean mix (beans) on top of the greens. Wash it down with a smoothie (other fruit). I’m now at 52%.
