So for dinner I had a serving of greens (greens), minestrone soup (other vegetables), Indian Lentils (beans), and stir fried veggies, stir fried in water (cruciferous vegetables). This brought me to 91%.
Note:
None of my meals today contained any oil or sweetener. I didn’t use any salad dressing. It was all plants. I’m telling you, food has never tasted better.
It wasn’t hard to do. Of course I have Renee, she’s the best. But Renee doesn’t spend a lot of time cooking. She’s made a few dishes yesterday, now I’ll pull them all week.

The key here is the recipes. Knowing how to mix foods in a certain way that enhance flavor. Because if it doesn’t taste good, well, life is short. The food has got to taste great. What I ate today tasted great. I mean, freaking great.
