Mass Surveillance Isn’t the Answer to Fighting Terrorism

Great piece in the NYT. We lost a lot of freedoms after 9-11, we can’t let the past be prologue. Apple phones, encryption, aren’t the problem in fighting terrorism. It’s our policies. We invaded a country on a pretext. Doing so destabilized the Middle East.
