Okay, so each day I make a smoothie. Some days, I make one out of The Plantpower Way. Other days I go freestyle, mix my own. This is a video my freestyle version.
The powders and superfoods that are in my quiver right now are:
Moringa
Acai
Ashwagandha
Maca
Amla
A few days a week I’ll add some vegan protein powder. We use this one
Then I’ll add in Big B’s juice and So Delicious Coconut Milk.
I don’t mix the powders in the Vitamix.
I drink some of the smoothie, then stir the powders in. This way the powders go down easier. And, I’m sure to get every bit of powder in me.
Note:
I was using Spirulina and Blue Green Algae from time to time.
But after seeing this video on my goto site for nutrition, in the trash both go.
