The recovery goes well. I’m weight-bearing on my leg (25-35% right now), which has opened up a new world of muscle rebuilding opportunity. Walking around is a lot easier now. And my physical therapist has introduced dynamic resistance (TheraBands) and classic resistance (ankle weights) to my at-home workout regimen. He’s a cycling coach and bike fitter in his limited spare time, so the exercises he has me doing should get me back on the bike soon. In fact, he wants me to be able to ride a stationary trainer within the next 2-3 weeks.
How was the pow at Highlands? Seems you’re enjoying the spoils of a very snowy winter – not too shabby, my friend.
Any plans for this year’s SOB? Likely looking at 2015 for my next appearance at said event.
This years’s party is the 7th Annual. It’s Saturday, May 3rd. We’ll be at spots 4 and 5 on the Beach.
Wish you could come, hopefully next year you can make it.
