We just bought a bed, tables and lamps made by artisans on etsy.com. The furniture was all made from scratch, most from reclaimed wood. It was made by Americans, artisans living their dream of making a living doing what they love.
The beetle kill tables are made out of beetle kill, by Kyle Miller. Kyle’s Etsy page is here:

Kyle is great to work with, he even delivered the tables. If you want some beetle kill furniture made, get a hold of Kyle.
The bed was made by Michael Schmiedicke. I used to pound nails, I’m a hack carpenter. The bed Michael made is a master piece. It’s made from reclaimed wood. It’ll last a few hundred years. Michael was also great to work with. Here’s his Etsy page:

The Craftsman lamp was made by Augie Ward. He was great to deal with, we bought the same lamp again, for another table. Augie’s Etsy page is here:

The TV stand is reclaimed wood and metal. It was made by Andy (I don’t know this last name). Andy was super friendly, even helped me with putting the table together on the phone. Augie’s Etsy page is here:

Buy stuff from Etsy. When you do, you’re supporting American small businesses. You’re keeping your money here at home. Not only that you’ll get furniture (and other stuff) that’s really well made at prices below what you’d pay at some faceless furniture conglomerate/corporation. I know whenever we need furniture now, we’re going to Etsy. I had never heard of Etsy until my brother told me. Now, we won’t buy furniture anywhere else.
Buy stuff from Etsy. You’re helping your neighbors, you’ll get better stuff.
